The WCMP is proud to announce a new partnership with the Buckeye Valley Natural
Resource Conservation District and the Arizona Department of Water Resources. The
oversight and guidance of the program will be provided by the BV NRCD Board of

The 5th Management Plan is to take effect in 2025. At that time, another, new version of the Ag BMP program
will begin. There are several updates to the program that will make it possible for more people to qualify for
the program. If you did not qualify for the 4th Management Plan’s Ag BMP program, you may qualify for the 5th
Management Plan Ag BMP program.

Workshops will be held throughout the AMA to discuss the changes to the program and
address questions. The Arizona Department of Water Resources will also be participating
in the workshops to ensure all of our questions are addressed accurately and in real time.
Please stay tuned for updates and announcements for a workshop in your area.
